Energize Chiropractic + Wellness, formally known as Meadows Family Health & Wellness, is a family own and operated private chiropractic practice. As they have grown their want for expansion created a need for a more comprehensive brand identity.

ORIGINAL BRANDING


 

From the beginning of the practice, they had gone through a few brand identities. Leaving the whole practice at an odds with continuity and brand recognition. From the store front to the documents and website there was a different logo and look for each element.

VISION


As the evolution of the practice required a goal for a comprehensive brand design. To begin, a company vision was to be created. To the right was the guidelines for the reputation of the company. Giving clear direction for the visuals as what was expected from every aspect of the practice.

Once the vision was created the goals for the visuals became more defined and goals were set.

Such goals were,

  • Continuity of Visual Identity (as the company had many different looks the client was looking for a look that could expand with the practice)

  • Quality of Health (the client wanted to really emphasize the practice’s importance on health in mind, body and spirit)

  • Trustworthy Care (evoking a sense of trust and reliability that one should feel when being treated for any pain)

  • Gender Neutrality (the customers that most frequented the facility were women and the client was looking to attract both men and women)

BRAND IDEATION

 

For Energize, the look needed to be welcoming and instantly create a sense of energy that one would feel coming to this clinic. A sense of healing that the practice really emulated through their treatment but fell short when it came to the visual elements of the company’s branding.

So the goal for the logo was to grow the visual aspect from the feeling of the warmth and care that the practitioners and staff so effortlessly did for their patience. An example of true health care.

As the client liked the idea of their most recent logo that then became the starting point for the logo ideation. A burst of life. Or like the energy from the sun. Paired with a strong but rounded san serif font.
